Our wedding day isn't just about us, it's also about the people who made "us" possible.
In place of a wedding reception, we'd like to increase quality time with our closest friends by offering 3 nights and 4 days at a private mega-cabin in Silverthorne, Colorado — guests sleep free.
So be sure to bring your dinner jackets, best hot tub swimsuits, and star-gazing A-games for a weekend in the mountains — plus, almost-all-you-can-drink and a family style dinner with local private chef, Jennifer Levasseur.

Find Everything You Need to Know
When, Where, and How
WHERE: Carolina in The Pines Mega-Cabin, 864 East Anemone Trail, Dillon, Colorado 80435.
WHEN: Oct. 2 - Oct. 5, 2025. Check in is at 5pm on October 2nd. However, you can arrive and leave as your schedule allows.
HOW: Flying into Denver International Airport, you'll either need to rent a car OR book a shuttle through Summit Express, which schedules daily drop-offs near the cabin (about a 15 minute walk).

What to Wear
While this is a wedding celebration, we recommend bringing clothes that are appropriate for the location (9,000ft elevation in October). We recommend...
🤍 Comfortable clothing for different temperatures (activewear, windbreakers for chillier mountain nights, shorts and t-shirts for sunny days, tennis shoes or hiking boots, etc.,).
🤍 A swimsuit, for those who want to spend time in the large hot tub
🤍 1-2 dressy casual outfits for dinner with our private chef or a night out on the town.
Food & Drink
We'll be paying for (mostly unlimited) alcohol, some initial snacks, a private dinner, and breakfast on Sunday! But, we do recommend being prepared to purchase your own snacks, drinks, and other meals/lunches throughout your time in Silverthorne. We will make sure to set aside time for grocery runs.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Yes! You can find our registry HERE. Gifts are appreciated but not required.

Can I bring a plus one?
Although we'd love to include everyone we possibly can, we do have limited space for sleeping at the cabin. We've indicated in your initial email invite who has a spot at the cabin for their plus one.
If you decide to bring a plus-one who's not originally included, we'd love to have them around (for dinner with our private chef and everything else)! Just be sure to let us know on the RSVP form and book a room at one of the hotels nearby (we personally recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Silverthorne, which is about a 15 minute walk from the cabin).
